At Illiyin, Business Development is responsible for strategic planning to scale our client base, enhance our sales strategies, and identify new market opportunities for our design studio.
What you will do
Design and execute sales campaigns to target potential clients in the design industry.
Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Efficiently negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with our studio's values and financial goals.
Understanding project timeline and deliverables.
Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements
Willing to work onsite in Malang.
Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience in sales and/or business development is preferred but not essential.
