HR Generalist

About the role

At Illiyin, Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process starts from recruiting, onboarding, training, attendance, to monthly payroll.

What you will do

• Organizing team hiring & onboarding.
• Maintaining team’s disciplinary.
• Managing internship end-to-end process.
• Ensuring team’s happiness level.
• Planning team’s retention programs.
• Handling payroll process.

Requirements

• Willing to work onsite in Malang.
• Understanding IT field will be a plus point.
• Is able to operate basic Google Suites functions.
• Is having strong ethics and reliability.
• Is having a keen eye for small details.
• Is a talkative & easy-going individual.
• Is having outstanding organizational skills.
• Is having good interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology is preferable but not a must.
